I feel like all things lead back to my spiritual abuse. I am constantly triggered in class, and I'm so frustrated that things that happened so long ago still impact me, especially with all the work I've done, and I'm in seminary for goodness' sake! That's the kingpin of working through your spiritual abuse! Anyway. Discouraged this morning. Thank you for your support.
