I think it will matter. It will just take time and hundreds of thousands of sobbing faces on the news. But eventually, people are going to see the truth. It's the amount of time it will take and the number of people irreparably harmed in the process that is tragic. Speaking from personal experience with trauma, you don't come back from that kind of trauma.
